President, CEO and CTO

Rob Marano is President and Chief Executive Officer of InDorse Technologies.

Prior to establishing InDorse, he founded Falkin Systems LLC and continues to provide market and technology guidance as a board advisor.

In addition, Mr. Marano has served as the director of emerging software technologies at PricewaterhouseCoopers' (PwC) Global Technology Centres (London, Frankfurt, and Menlo Park). At PwC he provided technical and operational improvement tactics with strategic product advice to software  clients such as Computer Associates, Brother International, Verizon, BellSouth and Sygate (now part of Symantec), in the infrastructure and information security industries.

At Micromuse, Mr. Marano helped to establish the U.S. application development division and was tasked to commercialize three infrastructure management solutions.

Additional experience includes lead software engineer at Lockheed Martin's Advanced Technology Labs, as well as a satellite electronics engineer at GE AstroSpace.

Mr. Marano holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from The Cooper Union and a Master of Science degree from The University of Pennsylvania, both in electrical and computer engineering. He continues to lecture at The Cooper Union and The Polytechnic Institute of NYU on computer engineering and collaborative, international business & innovation.

Acting COO

Nick Palermo is the head of operations for InDorse Technologies. Previously, Mr. Palermo served as the president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Great Country Bank in Ansonia, Connecticut. While CEO, Mr. Palermo assumed the responsibility for turning around an institution labeled as a troubled bank by the FDIC to a functioning, profitable entity within three years. Before that, he served as president and CEO of the Amalgamated Bank of New York (ABNY), a union-owned institution with a branch network throughout New York City. Prior to assuming responsibility for the ABNY, Mr. Palermo served as senior vice president of the Chase Manhattan Bank, implementing a management process that produced significant profit margins in the area of the fee-based international financial products and services.

Following graduation from Rutgers University, and a tour of duty in the U.S. Army, Mr. Palermo joined First National City Bank (now Citibank) as a management trainee soon rising to the position of vice president of international operations. Mr. Palermo earned a master of business administration degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University; and attained the rank of major in the U.S. Army Reserve from which he is now retired.

VP, Engineering

Daniel Pohl is the Vice President of Engineering for InDorse Technologies.

Prior to InDorse Technologies, Mr. Pohl co-founded, and served as Vice President of Technology Strategy and Development at, Wandrian, Inc. Wandrian, Inc is a technology company specializing in B2B and B2C solutions for the rail travel industry. Mr. Pohl guided Wandrian technology from the start-up stage through 7 years of rapid growth. Wandrian's successes during this period included raising 2 rounds of VC financing, winning contracts from Eurail, Amtrak, and the Italian national railroad, expanding to 50 employees on 3 continents plus off-shore & near-shore outsourced teams, and growing annual revenues to $90M annually from a global user base.

Prior to founding Wandrian, Mr. Pohl founded RailSaver and developed software later named by US News & World Report as one of the "Best 30 Websites for 2007". Mr. Pohl sold RailSaver to Wandrian in 2004. Previously, Mr. Pohl worked in software development and programming positions at AT&T and Texas Instruments Software.

Mr. Pohl attained a Masters of Science in Management degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from The College of New Jersey.

VP, Sales

Casey LaRose is the VP of Sales for InDorse Technologies

Previously, Ms. LaRose served as Director of Strategic Accounts for Syniverse Technologies, providing global mobile messaging solutions to enterprises, large brands, and key channel partners. Prior to that, Ms. LaRose worked for VeriSign, representing VeriSign's suite of enterprise security and mobility solutions. Before VeriSign, she was a part of the information security services start-up Guardent, successfully growing direct and partner accounts in both the US and the UK to include Fortune and Global 500 customers. She began her technology sales career working for large account reseller/system integrators Information Systems, and Comark, Inc.

Ms. LaRose holds a B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University.

Vice President, Product Management

Chris Whidden is currently the Vice President of Product Management at InDorse Technologies Inc.

Prior to joining InDorse Technologies, Chris was with IBM Tivoli in the technical marketing group, specializing in business service management products. Chris joined IBM Tivoli via the acquisition of Micromuse Inc. Chris was employed with Micromuse in various development and technology roles for over 10 years. Before Micromuse, Chris was the internet services manager at Computer Associates/Cheyenne software. Prior to CA, Chris was a senior consultant for KPMG Peat Marwick management consulting group, specializing in technology solutions. Before KPMG, Chris was a business analyst in the computerized litigation support group for the law firm of White & Case.

Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.

Vice President of Operations, UK

Meehan is responsible for all business development activities and operations in the UK. He was previously co-founder and business development director at Illumix Software Limited and spent 10 years with Xerox in sales, marketing and various leadership roles. As UK managing director at JetForm, Meehan led the successful turnaround and growth of the UK and South African operations. In addition, Meehan was first European employee at Stellent, later acquired by Oracle Systems, and is also founder and chairman of the “Running IT as a Business" (RITaaB) Forum.
