Indran Purushothaman is a strategic finance consultant for InDorse Technologies focusing on formulating and executing strategic finance solutions, corporate finance transactions and finance re-engineering projects. Mr. Purushothaman performed these responsibilities for growth businesses and Global 1000 companies spanning a variety of industries including communications, financial services, technology, energy utilities and building materials. He has worked extensively with C-level management teams to identify and evaluate their key business drivers, financing needs and restructuring options. Mr. Purushothaman’s 15-year global finance career includes leading management consulting practices, investment banking and multinationals. He has successfully implemented projects covering strategic financial analysis, financial due diligence, business valuation, investment evaluations, strategic planning, budgeting and re-engineering processes for clients from the United States, Europe, East Asia and Australia.

Mr. Purushothaman is a CPA in Australia and has degrees from leading schools in Australia where he received a master’s degree in applied finance from the University of Melbourne and a master of business administration – with a focus on international business - from Monash University.
